Who We Are

CanaSpec® Inspection Services is a well established, Canadian owned and operated home inspection service. Our headquarters are located in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Since 2008, we have been serving Saint John and the Surrounding Areas Including All of South Western New Brunswick.

Our History

CanaSpec Inspection Services was created in January of 2008, by Stephen Hynes. Though this is a young business venture, he is not new to the Home Inspection industry. Until about six years ago, he was an independent franchisee with a well known North American company.

He received his education in both a classroom and hands-on franchise training program designed by Carson Dunlop, one of the leaders in home inspection certification. In addition, he participates in on-going continuing education and training through CanNACHI who is considered the premier association of Canada's home inspection industry.

Stephen Hynes has an extensive background in customer service with excellent communication skills and a keen knowledge of professionalism. He knows what it takes to get the job done and it is essential to him that it be done right the first time.

Our Future Goals

The goal for the future of CanaSpec® Inspection Services is to be able to offer a business opportunity to other individuals interested in owning their own business under the marketing and training guidelines of a larger corporation. Where the bottom line is about customer service and professionalism, not just numbers and statistics.
